World of Warcraft is a great game...
It's also a game that isn't worth playing, since by the company's standpoint, you're guilty until proven innocent.
That company is Blizzard Entertainment.
World of Warcraft has over 8 million subscribers worldwide, a figure that seems to be growing daily and only gets larger as time goes on. As a result, oftenthere are exploiters, gold sellers, botters, and other discontents that attempt to go past the limits Blizzard has set on the game, or to make monetary rewards from such actions.
This blog isn't against that, this blog is against the actions that Blizzard takes to combat these practices.

Man, I am so in support of this site after this last week's absolute example of Blizzard's Customer (we don't)care support (he typed laughingly).
Sad to say, I didn't know about it until I became a Blizzard ban stick victim after my account was hacked.
Anyway, I won't bore you with my hard luck WoW story, you have captured the sordid, non empathic and unprofessional mess that is the non existent customer care section.
Being from Australia, I am contacting the Department of Fair Trading, but, I don't hold out much hope for any success
